These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and taskpk (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at taskpk.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the taskpk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on taskpk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction — at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• You must not already hold another active Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted one Account only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be operated solely by the registered Account holder.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor or close associate of taskpk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

taskpk reserves the right to request documentation verifying any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure without prior notice.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You agree to notify taskpk promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Account Balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any one-time verification codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. taskpk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify taskpk immediately via the Help Centre.

taskpk operates KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the requirements of its operating licence. As part of these procedures, taskpk may require you to provide identity verification documents including, but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account matching your registered details);
• Source of funds documentation where required by the Platform's AML procedures.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. taskpk reserves the right to place a hold on Account funds pending the outcome of a KYC review. The Platform is not responsible for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the taskpk Privacy Policy. They will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or by the Platform's licensing obligations.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment channels displayed in your Account cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including those referenced on the taskpk website such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without prior notice and depends on the current cashier configuration.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within the timeframe indicated at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• Withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier. These are indicative timelines and are not guaranteed.
• taskpk reserves the right to apply transaction limits, request additional verification or suspend withdrawals pending a review of Account activity.
• Transaction fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation of the transaction.

Funds deposited into your Account are held for the sole purpose of funding your betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Account Balances do not accrue interest and do not constitute a bank deposit or financial instrument.

All bets and gaming activity conducted through the taskpk Platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, instant games and esports). Product-specific rules are accessible within each game or sport section of the Platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. taskpk will not reverse a confirmed bet unless an obvious error has occurred on the Platform's side.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game, taskpk reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Account Balances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• For live/in-play betting markets, odds may be suspended or modified without notice during ongoing events. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• For casino games, the RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed are illustrative long-run statistical figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• taskpk reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.

taskpk may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Account holders only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit amounts in PKR, qualifying games and geographic restrictions) are stated in the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to the Account's bonus balance and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered using eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time limit. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address and payment method.
• taskpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonuses issued in error or obtained through abuse of promotional terms.
• Any winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed the maximum withdrawal cap stated in the promotion will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.

All bonus figures mentioned on the taskpk Platform are illustrative unless confirmed by a live active promotion in the Promotions section of your Account. taskpk does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taskpk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all Account Balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to circumvent the intended operation of promotions.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including a minor.
• Any conduct that taskpk reasonably determines to be abusive, harmful, threatening or fraudulent.

All content on the taskpk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, databases, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of taskpk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of taskpk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, taskpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes;
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime or internet connectivity issues;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains errors.

taskpk's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits taskpk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

taskpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the Account is closed with all pending withdrawals settled.

taskpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• taskpk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• A User has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• A User is found to be under the minimum eligible age;
• A regulatory or legal requirement obliges taskpk to do so.

Users may also close their own Account at any time by contacting the Help Centre. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data by taskpk is governed by the taskpk Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing activities described therein.

taskpk does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Personal data may be shared with third parties only where necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, conduct KYC/AML verification, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which taskpk holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by the Platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents taskpk from seeking injunctive or other emergency relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

taskpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on record or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

taskpk aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, the dispute resolution procedure described in Section 15 applies.
